Executive Administrator
Dusti has been an indispensable part of the Strong family for over 24 years, efficiently managing office operations with precision and dedication. Equipped with two master’s degrees from Lubbock Christian University, Dusti is a true Lubbock local. Outside of work, she cherishes moments by the firepit with her husband Chris and their beloved Great Danes, or cheering on the Red Raiders and Rangers. Dusti is also a proud parent to three wonderful children.
Allison Orr
Interior Designer
With a degree in Interior Design from Texas Tech University, Allison’s passion lies in bringing clients’ visions to life. As the company’s dedicated interior designer for three years, Allison thrives on building relationships with clients and turning their dream homes into reality. Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her two dogs, experimenting with new recipes, and engaging in creative projects.
Alberto Alba
Construction Manager
Albert, an alumni of Texas Tech University, has been immersed in the construction industry since 2013. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the 2023 West Texas Home Builders Association, showcasing his unparalleled expertise. When not overseeing projects on-site, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Idaly Alba, and their two daughters. He loves to both grill and support his favorite sporting teams. Albert’s dedication to both his profession and his loved ones shines through in every aspect of his life.
Sean Barnes
Superintendent
Despite being the youngest member of the team, Sean brings years of invaluable experience and a fresh perspective to the table. A graduate of Frenship High School, Sean’s strong focus on family values and faith is evident in everything he does. He finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones and supporting his favorite sports teams. Sean’s dedication to home building and his genuine enthusiasm for life serve as inspirations to both colleagues and clients alike.
Texas Association of Builders has recognized Trey Strong as a 2016 Excellence under 45 Winner. These recipients are to be commended for their commitment of time, energy and efforts to the growth and prosperity of the Texas building industry.
